Wasn't hard to find. Very nice area. Comfortable waiting area with a pleasant secretary that gave a warm and welcoming greeting on a very cold day.Mr. Bhaerman is awesome... He is kind, great listener, informative, honest, and easy going.I was told about him by his nice wife while we were waiting on our vehicles to get serviced. Now that I've met Mr. & Mrs. Bhaerman I am convinced they are good people.

David is the attorney that I trust for my bankruptcy referrals. He is probably the most honest guy in the business. If you qualify for a Chapter 7, he will let you know, and won't try to steer you to a Chapter 13 where you will end up paying more money and more fees. Very ethical and professional practice. His rates are also extremely reasonable.

What can I say about David. He is truly a amazing attorney. Helped us through some tough times, without judgement, and made us feel at ease. I think he went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us. I consider him a family friend and anyone who needs help financially should absolutely talk to David. He is truly a caring person and I can't recommend anyone better! I'm a little late posting about David but I wanted everyone to know what a great attorney he is!

Consultation advised me to Chapter 13 instead of 7 with him knowing I'm retired and on a fixed income but still he wanted me to pay creditors he was not concerned about my financial needs

I highly recommend the Services of David A Bhaerman. I found myself needing to file bankruptcy during a divorce. David was always very courteous and respectful, and answered all my questions. Completing the paperwork with Barb was painless and felt more like visiting with an old friend, and she always answered any questions I had very quickly. The two of them are a well organized, dynamic team that have taken excellent care of me, and still, a year later, promptly return any phone calls or emails .
